What can I customise?

You can customise the place, title, date, coordinates, short message, size and selected design style depending on the product.

Can I request any suburb, town or location?

Yes. Custom requests can be based on suburbs, towns, beaches, streets, venues, holiday places, first homes, wedding locations or meaningful coordinates.

How long does printing take?

As a launch guide, allow 2-5 business days for printing after artwork approval, plus shipping time. This timing needs final confirmation once fulfilment is connected.

Do prints come framed?

Prints are set up as unframed initially. Framed options may be added later if fulfilment supports them reliably.

What paper do you use?

The store is set up for premium paper and inks, but the exact paper stock and print specifications still need to be confirmed with the fulfilment provider before launch.

Can I preview my custom print?

The intended process is to provide a digital preview for custom prints before production. This proofing workflow should be confirmed before products are made active.

What if I entered the wrong details?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to correct the details. Customer-entered errors may not be refundable once a made-to-order print has been produced.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, the store is intended to ship Australia-wide. International shipping settings currently need review before launch.
